Went here for lunch, had a fghlemy egg, frozen chips and a long piece of hair in the food to go with it! We complained about the hair and said we didn’t want another meal. The worker left with the plate with no apologies and we didn’t see him again. We waited to see what they would offer drink or refund) but nothing! We left and the waiter just stood at the bar and watched us leave!! such a shame as it used to be a lovely place and we’d visit often
I gave an original review of 2stars,and said about the light fittings blocking the TV,I wasn't going to say more but I'm going to now walked in and didn't even get any acknowledgement from yourself its a very grubby place sticky table dirty blinds furniture needs updating/refurbing etc etc ,now you can moan at me again now lol, but a few people have said the same thing also
The woman behind the bar was really friendly and service was excellent. I had a pint of Madri which I really enjoyed. The pub itself seemed dated and lacking in any character. There were a few customers in and the atmosphere was fine, if a little subdued. It was ok, but there is a lot of competition in Llandudno and there was nothing to get us to return
Awful pub. Avoid like the plague. With so many great pubs in Llandudno, you have a choice. Went on for a pint, paid with card took a sip, beer was off (Brains SA) asked for a refund but barman replied it would take at least 20 minutes as the boss was busy! Went with my wife for lunch,bar person was friendly,pub is in a poor state. I had what was possibly the worst meal in my life,medium rare steak was overcooked at one end and raw on the other,peas were cold,there was a greasy onion ring . I should have complained but as it was such a rough pub ,I didn't bother. Avoid!!
