The Vault Pizza and Grill

The food was excellent and the waitress, Christiana was great and attentive. We could see that they were busy and that she was well under pressure? the only problem, we felt bad for them because another employee, Athens, held barking orders on the floor before all customers. While Christina read our mission, he came up and literally ordered her to do this or that while she spoke to us. He also tried to talk to my mother is a sassy way? He obviously has a little manego that could be addressed. Otherwise, the food and service was great!

I was part of a party of 8 there to celebrate dinner and drinks a 21. Birthday. When we met the door, we felt welcome. We sat right away and drank orders. Special screams on our server Allison! She was always there to deal with requests. Extra spices, more napkins, more drinks, whatever the need, no problem. She had it covered! The food was great. Prices appropriate. The staff was fantastic. Beautiful relaxing atmosphere. That was my first time in person, but I have a really good feeling that I'll be back.

The place is very clean and modern looking. My server was fast and pleasant. I saw nothing from afar resemble what some of the negative critics are talking about. The service was fantastic. The food was a little above average. Not bad, but nothing that awakens you. The pizza is for the course for the York PA area. Everything in a good local bar to have around. We need to support these places as they become a relic of the past.

We ordered a chicken cheese steak deluxe, but instead received a cheese steak. The owner thought the wrong sandwich was brought out. He insisted on making us the correct sandwich, no questions asked!! How is that for customer service?? He told us to keep the incorrect cheese steak order no charge. No muss no fuss. We have enjoyed meals there before and will obviously dine at the Vault again.

One of our favorite restaurants visits! Always had great experiences with the staff. The bartenders are wonderful and make the drinks exactly as I like them! This is also my choice for the top restaurant of the children!
