You get what you pay for. Awesome food, awesome beer at ridiculous prices a complete set of Jerry Springer. (I have written a similar review for Trattoria Galetto . Everything is perfect and I think it's such a save in this economy, full points for doing such good to community at large. But you get the patrons to come with it. At Trattoria Galetto last night a table of 4 people behaved in such a uncivilised manner it was beyond belief. Our drinks prior to dinner was the same. Arrived at The Vic only to see some drunk kids throwing a broken phone across the road and being a nuisance. When inside things hadn't changed much. Went for a team dinner on a Wednesday evening. The Vic has a relaxed atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. We had the garlic bread as a starter and it was delicious loads of butter, nice and crispy, perfect. For main I ordered the quinoa salad with calamari on top. The calamari was lightly battered and really tasty but the salad was a bit of a let down. It was more a baby spinach salad with a handful of quinoa chucked through and some diced pumpkin and cherry tomatoes. There was no real flavour going on. Everyone else was very pleased with their meal though!

I went to The Vic last night for the first time with a group of friends and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food considering it's pub grub.  We had the 5 entrees for $55 which were nicely presented and sufficient for the 8 of us.  I had the Subi's Best Schnitty which was nice but after seeing the Thai Beef Salad and the Cajun Chicken Salad which my friends said was lovely I wished I'd had one of them as they looked amazing.  Prices weren't too bad either, I would definitely go back there again.

Came here for a work Christmas lunch. We were greeted by the new owner who was lovely and accomodating to menu changes. I ordered the grilled fish with salad no chips- I was given chips and charged $9 for a salad of rocket leaves and Parmesan (i dont eat cheese and it was def no garden salad) had I of known I wouldn't have made that request. Amazing food, friendly service and great atmosphere. The food is noteworthy. Fantastic presentation, always very tasty and high quality. Great variation in the menu. The head chef does a great job. Well worth a visit just to try the food.

Hmmm so the service isn't great however the food can sometimes be amazing. I love their subi Schnitty however each time I order from here the quality of the meals differ. But hit and miss but good for a pub meal

Excellent service the staff were very helpful and friendly the food was excellent the steak was cooked to perfection I would highly recommend
