I usually do not write reviews, but appreciate reading them and the time people take to write them. I felt compelled to write one due to our initial experience, from the unwelcome greeting and poor management response, I am traveling with my 2 daughters for a family event in MB. After a long 8 hr drive from the Bay Area (traffic delays, etc…not hotels fault), we were excited to check in. No one greeted us when I parked in front and walked in. Checked in, no offer of help with baggage or assistance where carts our located. I asked parking attendant at stand, he said i can find them inside..no offer again to get someone to assist me, Then a bellman was heading towards me with a cart, I thought...

The manager is very unprofessional and seems unable to understand my concerns on the phone. *reason why im giving the one star* I stayed at the hotel in May and still haven’t received my security deposit back. I am really tired of waiting and decided to call them to speak with the manager. I already paid through Expedia, but the manager insists that I didn’t pay anything until I arrived at the hotel and gave them a $100 security deposit. The manager claimed they deducted the night’s cost from the deposit, which I had already paid through Expedia. Despite showing him my receipts, he continues to assert that I didn’t pay anything until I gave the security deposit. He appears...
Nice location, but not a luxury hotel. For the overpriced rooms you should be getting much better service. I got in at 3pm, hoping to check in early, they said nope 4pm is check in. OK that's fine if that's the rule. But then it was 5pm before they let me check in. The room wasn't even clean when I got in eventually, it had stains all over the floor. Sheets were dirty, I think they made the bed without changing the sheets. It smelled weird too but i think it was just the AC unit. It felt like a Days Inn with a golf course. If it was 200 a night, that's one thing, but over 600 is another for such shabby service. Not worth it. Not the high end place they market it as. Had a nice gym, that's ab...
Very meh experience. The carpets kinda smelled. There was a leak in the roof in the lobby. The AC unit lied to you so it 'd say you 'd go up or down to a certain temperature but there was a threshold preventing whatever you actually programed. The shower head had a good medium pressure. Not great but not bad either. Plus it did heat up fast and keep a good temperature. I 'd also give the room a pass too except for the light switches everywhere. Took me like 10 minutes to initially find all the various light switches on different colored power cables. Very non-uniform and a bit hard to spot/use initially until after settling in. Fantastic hotel. Clean, close to many amenities. (Stores, restaurants, shops) A beautiful walking path near by that leads to the beach (about 30 minute walk) clean pool and good gym facilities. For those who love to golf, tennis or pickelball there's a club on site. Beautiful outdoor seating area. Quiet, clean rooms, mini fridge available in rooms. Filtered Water stations avaliable in lobby, gym and pool area to fill up your water bottle. That's a huge bonus for me since I drink a lot of water. Friendly and welcoming staff.
I stay at this hotel often for work. The hotel is clean the rooms are well laid out. The salt water pool is always a highlight on my trip, ideally when it’s not filled with children (sorry kids) I don’t hold but the golf course is pretty to look at. There’s lots of shopping within walking distance and it’s super close to LAX which is convenient.
I love this hotel. I've stayed several times. It still provides excellent service. The rooms are nice and the lobby area is beautiful. It is a good location. It is a few miles from the beach and within 7 miles to concert venues SOFI Stadium and the Forum. It is walking distance to restaurants and shops.
The hotel is quite average, situated amid parking lots and office buildings. The internet is slow, and it’s frustrating that the coffee bar closes at 10:30 AM.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are nice and adequate. Close to amenities. Just wish it was closer to the beach but that's okay.
