The manager is very unprofessional and seems unable to understand my concerns on the phone. *reason why im giving the one star* I stayed at the hotel in May and still haven’t received my security deposit back. I am really tired of waiting and decided to call them to speak with the manager. I already paid through Expedia, but the manager insists that I didn’t pay anything until I arrived at the hotel and gave them a $100 security deposit. The manager claimed they deducted the night’s cost from the deposit, which I had already paid through Expedia. Despite showing him my receipts, he continues to assert that I didn’t pay anything until I gave the security deposit. He appears...
Very meh experience. The carpets kinda smelled. There was a leak in the roof in the lobby. The AC unit lied to you so it 'd say you 'd go up or down to a certain temperature but there was a threshold preventing whatever you actually programed. The shower head had a good medium pressure. Not great but not bad either. Plus it did heat up fast and keep a good temperature. I 'd also give the room a pass too except for the light switches everywhere. Took me like 10 minutes to initially find all the various light switches on different colored power cables. Very non-uniform and a bit hard to spot/use initially until after settling in. Overall it wasn 't bad, but wasn 't a great experience either. T...
I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. First of all, it smells soo good and clean. The ambiance is very relaxed and modern. I appreciated everything from the cozy room I stayed in, the delicious room service breakfast I had, the great drinks I had at the bar, and to the swim I enjoyed at the pool. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It’s near quite a few shopping areas, restaurants, and beautiful Manhattan beach. I would definitely stay here again!
Excellent stay if you want to be relatively close to LAX without feeling like you’re staying at LAX. Decent rooms, especially if you’re overlooking the nine-hole golf course. (Love the balcony. Good food and coffee bar. Impressive gym. Good amount of ballroom/meeting space.

Simply the best hotel my wife and I have stayed, the food, the swimming pool, the service and all it’s personnel were amazing Ty Ty Ty
The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are nice and adequate. Close to amenities. Just wish it was closer to the beach but that's okay.
When I’m here. Justi in the Lobby, or the back yard, the “Static” of the day just falls away. And it’s just a special property.
Professional staff, good rooms, reasonable location. Check your charges after your stay as usually there is a problem.

Nice Manhattan Beach suburbs hotel. Good location. Rooms are great and very comfortable lobby. I would stay again.
