The Village Taverna

What can I say? I had a fantastic time here last night! The dining atmosphere was amazing. It was our first visit, and based on our friends' recommendations, we were not disappointed. The staff took great care of us, and even provided live tambourine music! If you plan to come on a Friday or Saturday, I recommend making a reservation as it can get quite busy, but the service was impressively fast. I can't rate this restaurant any higher!

When the food did come, it was incredible! We ordered a fish platter that was top-notch, and we also tried the special, which included a variety of hot and cold appetizers, as well as both fish and meat dishes. Everything was simply amazing. We will definitely be returning to Taste of Medaille in Ware!

Our first time at the Village Taverna and a wonderful experience for my wife and I, great hosting and, even though the place was busy, very attentive service. Both main meals and starters were super tasty. Greek wine was spot on. We will certainly return! Alexander

I live down in London and I travel here when I want REAL greek food. The atmosphere makes you feel like your in Greece and the owners hospitality makes the experience worth the travel.

Excellent Greek food and vibes! Went with my partner for her birthday and had the mixed platter for two or more and was lovely. If you are in ware I recommend this place.
