This is undoubtedly one of the best meals I’ve ever had! I ordered the lobster mac and cheese, and it was incredibly creamy and delicious. I also had my filet served on a Himalayan salt slab, which was both tender and flavorful. I considered giving this restaurant a four-star rating due to slightly lacking service; there were only two other tables occupied since we dined early, yet the waitress didn’t seem to engage or check in with us much. The service was excellent, but the food was quite disappointing. My husband ordered a bison filet cooked medium rare, but it arrived rare and cold. They took it back to cook it more. Meanwhile, I tried a bite of the lobster mac and cheese, which looked wonderful, but unfortunately, it was cold as well. My husband took a small bite of the asparagus; it looked unappetizing, and he described its texture as rubbery. When the hostess/server returned with the bison, I decided to send both sides back, stating that we didn't want replacements. I do want to emphasize that the hostess/server was fantastic and very gracious throughout our visit.
I stayed here with a friend and it was a lovely experience in a fantastic location. We liked the private garage especially, and the laid back staff. Two basic concerns: the bathroom has barndoors which means there's a huge gap where everything happening in the bathtub and shower is visible. I'm not talking about the window between them and the room, which is also a barndoor, but the bathroom door itself. Second: I think they might rent gym memberships to people off the street? Despite not a very big location, the gym was packed with bros and my female friend felt very uncomfortable there.
We had a fantastic dining experience! The prime corn-fed beef here is truly the best around. The service was excellent and the food was remarkable. The quality of the steaks far surpassed what we had at the Four Seasons the night before. Our meal, which included appetizers, desserts, the finest prime fillets, and two side dishes, only cost about $150—compared to $450 at the Four Seasons, where they didn't even serve prime beef. It was an outstanding choice, with exceptional beef at a great value. The service was very attentive and accommodating. I would highly recommend White Buffalo!

I visited this restaurant with a friend, and we've both lived in Jackson for over 30 years. It's located in a basement without windows, giving it a dark and minimalistic decor. The menu offers some good options, but we tried the smash burgers, and my friend's burger had a large piece of wax paper from the cheese wrap mixed in. They did give her a discount, but honestly, the meal should have been comped entirely. On the positive side, the wait staff was really friendly!
The hotel is right in the heart of Jackson Hole and you can walk to the town square for restaurants and shopping. The room was large and had a fully stocked kitchen. Note that the breakfast they offer is grab and go only but we just got ours the day before if we were heading out before the breakfast started. We enjoyed our stay very much!
