I had a disappointing experience at this frozen yogurt shop. They have a very limited selection of flavors, and you can’t serve yourself or get your own toppings, which is a big drawback. The cups they offer are the tiniest I’ve ever seen. My biggest concern, however, was discovering mold on the Reese's cups that were used as toppings. Additionally, I couldn't find any trash cans, either inside or outside the shop. It was clear that the place doesn’t see much traffic, which likely explains the lack of fresh ingredients. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this establishment and I won’t be returning.
With many frozen yogurt shops closing down, Yogurt City has become one of the few options left. The staff is consistently friendly, and the establishment itself is clean. However, they’ve changed the setup so you can no longer serve yourself, which has diminished some of the fun. Now, they serve you soft serve and add your toppings, but unfortunately, the toppings aren’t labeled on the wall. I didn’t particularly enjoy the rolled ice cream, but the soft serve was decent. The effects of COVID certainly impacted the business, and it was definitely better before.
Went in excited for some vegan rolled ice cream. Once we got in we were unfortunately told by staff that they are no longer allowed to roll vegan ice cream? A little disappointed especially because they even advertise vegan rolled ice cream on their store front. We were still able to get vegan soft serve however and they had multiple flavor options for that and a good amount of toppings to choose from. The staff were super friendly and place was clean just needs some updated advertising.
I really wanted dessert after dinner and came here. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and was greeted. I asked about the vegan ice cream and they had it and put unlimited toppings. It came to a total of $4. When I got in I endulged and it wasn't that great. The ice cream left a little after taste and the toppings of oreo and peanut butter didn't make it any better. I wouldn't return. Reserva una mesa ahora
I really loved the location of this shop! It’s a perfect treat after a shopping trip. However, I would like to suggest that the owners implement a system where they avoid handling the rolled ice cream with the same gloved hands they use to touch other items in the store. Additionally, the rolled ice cream could use a bit more flavor; perhaps the add-ons could be increased slightly.
