We were looking for a place for a quick lunch in the south of the Ecusson (city centre). Found the Thé O Café Saladerie (in French it means a place for salads). Given the heat, it was inspiring... We ordered a couple of them, both fresh and excellent. What they do is actually have the same ground for most of them (on that day, mostly salad, lentils, beans, carrots) on which they add what is ordered (in my case for instance dried tomatoes, mozzarella and prosciutto). Provided they change regularly the ground, the idea is good. OK service. Decent prices (about EUR 13 per salad). Will go back...
We stumbled on the O Cafe whilst walking around Nimes looking for something simple for lunch. We had the lamb skewer special and the Camembert salad both were very good and a pleasant change from the more traditional French fare. The service matched the food and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.
We arrived with adult teenagers. Super reception malgrey the fact that we didn't book. child menu with home nuggets and fries for only. tartine and skewer of the day excellent. Fresh steak. brief super address discovery. ratio quality price defiant competition. Thank you, it's good to eat from home at an affordable rate!
a beautiful sunny autumn day, a beautiful view of the beautiful fountain of the esplanade. the reception at theocafe is at the height of this sweet atmosphere: smiling, listening and efficient. the service is on the move. and in the plate: salad with a nice freshness, local meats (cantal) a feast.

We had lunch here. Food was good, waitercwas very nice spoke som english. Food came fast, nice spot, good price. It is a lunch rest. Speciality is the, the hot drink.
Mmmhhhh too good!! I took a Italian tartar with homemade fries. On dessert I took the brown melt. That was great!! My family is I've slapped. We recommend.
