The drive from Smith Mountain Lake to this fabulous restaurant is well worth it..... I have Celiac Disease, wheat, rye, barley and gluten intolerance. They take great care in preparing my food and drinks. Prices are moderate. Food is the BEST OF THE BEST!

Phenomenal food, and the service was truly above and beyond! Easily earned 5 stars from me!! New to the area and owners showed us a hospitality we've never known. Extremely impressed with 3rd Bay Cafe and will be back very soon!!

I got the Caesar salad with thunfischsalat for the first time today, the salat itself was amazing and the thunfischsalat was the best I ever had. I'll go back to any place.
