Had the displeasure of visiting the store on 1300 S. and waiting in line behind Charlie and whoever his immature co-worker was while they messed with the ordering kiosk, harassed the staff actually trying to work, and wasted our time while making us wonder who actually is in charge around here.How do I know these clowns work here too? Because they kept saying it out loud, until I finally told them it reflected pretty poorly on the establishment that they were acting like clowns and representing the store.If it was one of my businesses, it would be the last day either of them got a check from me.As it is, we will drive the extra distance to Swig or Fizz when we are in the area...they have you...

Thirst is my favorite drink shop in the area, the ratios are the just the best and the pretzels are so fresh and yummy! But Im leaving this 5 star review today because of the service! Particularly the girl taking orders outside. The weather wasn’t great and the line was long but she was still so present with, having a fun lil convo about how I struggle to memorize phone numbers— it was simple but made me smile made my day which was well appreciated after a really hard week:)I wish I had gotten her name so she could get some recognition because she definitely deserves it! Cute little soda and beignet shop on the tiniest, most awkward corner lot. Hard to park, hard to drive through, and definely no indoor seating. I parked and stopped in for a drink on a Saturday mid-morning and waited for a very long time. It was, however, the only time I've ever been there, so I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt for being slow. Plus, all things were made right by the fact that they were nice, got my soda right, charged less than an arm and a leg, AND offered a little bag of free popcorn with every soda purchase! ? I would try them again if I ever land in that area again.

I stopped by to try their smooth classic drink, but as soon as the staff handed it to me, the lid came off and it spilled all over my lap and my new car. All I received was a simple apology, and there was no offer to remake my drink or assist further. I'm really not a happy customer. We waited a long time inside only to finally be told that they would not take our order inside and that we should order online or wait in the drive through. So we waited, and waited, in the drive through lane. Sodas were fine but driving down the street to a gas station would have been just as fine and saved a good half hour, at least.

I’ve always come here because everything is amazing and everyone is so nice! I got a gift card from my work and the number was faded off and they couldn’t get the card number and they helped us out with everything! I think “axel” was the managers name? Either way Thirst is the best!

This was our first visit to Thirst since we’re not from Utah. They have an excellent selection of sodas— or pops, as we call them back home in Canada. However, the real highlight was the pretzels and beignets. I’m sure we’ll be back next time we’re in Utah!

When this afternoon to order two of the kick back Ricky and the flavor was disgusting. I have ordered this items multiple times at the same location and never had this problem before. Either wasn’t prepared with sprite or the machine was no producing it. Reserva una mesa ahora

Great place to get a drink, the staff is very friendly and nice, and the drinks are reasonably priced. The snacks a bit more expensive but they're quite good as well.Bonus: free popcorn

I waited in line for about 20 minutes to pick up a DoorDash order, and it was quite frustrating. They really need to hire more staff; this situation is unacceptable.
