The three Arches is a cozy place, modern yet tastefully decorated. People working there are very nice and the food is a level above. Wine glass could be a bit more generous at this price. Flat bread was clearly made of fresh ingredients. The half chicken was juicy and tasty. Fish of the day was a salmon with pistou and broad beans and it was a pleasant surprise. Pistou felt home made and tasted like I remember when living in the south of France. Tiramisu was good but deserved a much higher ratio of lady fingers instead of being almost exclusively made of mascarpone. This is a strange trend I have seen in several other restaurants in the US. I was very disappointed with my experience. The menu is quite limited and lacks the variety found in other Mediterranean restaurants. There is only one salad on the entire menu; even fast food places usually have at least three options. There was no rice and no chicken, which was a complete letdown. It's misleading to claim you’re a Mediterranean restaurant when that’s clearly not the case. I chose to eat here because I expected a certain type of cuisine, knowing the offerings of other Mediterranean establishments. Poor safety practices and poor management. The employees deserve better care. A team is only as good as their leaders and that’s clearly non-existent. I suggest looking up chipotle or chick fil a’s management styles. That’s widely available information and somebody call a health inspector because there’s no way they’re practicing sanitary policies.

Really loved it here from the food to the service. They were short staffed the day I ate here but the manager was on the floor doing her very best to make sure we were taken care of. Food came out on time and tasted amazing. The interior decor is on point. The shrimp appetizer is my absolute favorite and I would highly recommend.
I can only speak for breakfast, as I didn't have lunch or dinner.The food my wife and I got was excellent, the staff friendly, and the ambiance of the restaurant was fantastic.I'd highly recommend considering breakfast here if you're staying at this hotel.
Fantastic restaurant located within the Hyatt Centric Buckhead. I make it a point to dine here whenever I travel for business in Atlanta. The ambiance is lovely, and the food is exceptional.
