This restaurant really deserves zero stars. Their food isn’t bad which is why they get that one little star but they’re overpriced and know nothing about customer service. I called to ask a bout delivery he said no and hung up. I had another question so I called back, I wanted to quickly pick up an order but he said they don’t do anything over the phone. That’s fine but when you’re on a quick break you want to make things quick and they fail to help you do so. I understand why the name is three star.
The bagels are fantastic, the coffee is great, the two guys that work behind the counter are as rude as the come. No smile, no personality, and when I said I had exact change, the change from my large bill was slapped on the counter in front of me. I was told to late the cash register is closed. Very disrespectful, rude. Not the owner, he is very nice. The two guys working behind the counter. I was a regular there for months. their attitude ticked me off so much I will never go back.
I called in the morning to see if they had pick up available and an older man on the phone was so rude and condescending. His response was “no, you’re actually going to have to come up to the counter and order” in an awful tone. I totally understand that they don’t do pick ups but the tone was unnecessary. Would never try to order from them again because that energy definitely goes into the food they make for you
This is definitely the best bagel place in Teaneck. They offer a fantastic variety of bagels, all of which taste excellent. I would say they are above average, and my personal favorite is the blueberry bagel. The owner, Cosmo, is very polite and provides outstanding customer service.

Second best bagels in the area (and that is pretty impressive! They're closest to me and they take credit cards so I go here most often, about twice a month. Their selection is basic but they have all the staples.
Bagel sandwich was okay. Bagels obviously not fresh. But way to overpriced never going there again. $13 for a taylor ham egg n cheese with a small juice. Could get a platter anywhere for cheaper. Don’t recommend
The food was delicious, but I ended up spending $35 on two iced coffees and two bagels with bacon, egg, and cheese. That price was outrageous! Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
Not a frequent reviewer. But the food (at least the hot breakfast) here was overpriced and mediocre sadly. Service also subpar and older gentlemen who worked the front was stingy

Half dozen bagels, $9.00. A bit pricey, but what isn't these days? Their bagels are great, a bit of crisp on the outside, and chewy, doughy, deliciousness inside. ?? ?
I can't give a proper rating. We visited after noon on a Sunday, and most of the bagels were sold out. I recommend going early!
