Threecoins Italian Trattoria

We got a table at 8:30 pm on a Satuurday night and got a table in the covered up patio, wedged in between many large parties. It was so noisy that we couldn't hear us talking or thinking and the waiter had to shout in order to be heard. If you want a romantic evening out, this is definitely not the place to come to.Although the service was reasonably good, the food was extremely slow in coming. It took almost 45 minutes to get the first pizza and everything else came in drip and drabs, one dish at a time. It was clear that the kitchen was overwhelmed. This restaurant has such a fun vibe. Six of us went on a Saturday evening. (Make sure you make reservations). Great service and our server offered suggestions to what we should order. We shared arancini, focaccia, olives, and dusted covered calamari. All very good. The special risotto was very green and delicious. Gnocchi and pizza were both tasty. I loved the wild boar with polenta (a little rich). But my pasta with prawns was quite bland. It needed some more sauce or oil. BYO wine! Overall, we enjoyed our night and will be back!

I tried the ravioli with truffle and oil couldn't eat it it had a horrible taste my wife ate it and she thought it was horrible maybe I'm not a truffle man but I'm definitely a pasta man . Disappointed after reading the reviews about this place on trip advisor and driving 25 min to go there was not happy maybe the other food may be great who knows I won't ever find out

What a busy restaurant. You must book and enjoy this traditional Italian fare. The starter board is wonderful, meats, olives and cheeses. The mains are good quality, large serves and cooked to perfection. The sweets were traditional, tiramisu, semi fredo, ice cream it was wonderful. BYO wine, fully licensed with great cocktails. Look I love this restaurant. The people, the service and the food are just the best. There was a time where I thought the food quality dipped a bit but those days are over after the meal I had last night. Go try this place I doubt you will be disappointed.

Ordered a table for two and was stuck in a space too small and near the door. The food was great and the waiters were warm, helpful and overall fantastic but the lady at the counter was cold and uninterested.

We were three families with kids, 10ppl in total. Friendly staff, good food and a nice vibe which reminds me the atmosphere of a trattoria back home. Nice selection of italian wines too. Recommended.

The food was absolutely delicious. Not a huge choice but that's because they cook their food fresh and to perfection. Lovely atmosphere and good service. Will definitely go back.

Italian food with heart and atmosphere. Enjoyed the squid entree and the Tagliolini . Good service and friendly waiters. Probably better than Mama used to make.
