Thunder Bay Grille

Stopped here for dinner and tried the bison meatball appetizer. Appetizer could have been warmer and there was way too much demiglaze which made it almost a Demi glaze soup with hidden mushrooms and not very warm meatballs. Decided to try four of their craft cocktails this visit. These were: blueberry basil, blackberry lemon old-fashioned, raspberry fuzzy naval, and the strawberry screwdriver. All we’re good but the one that stood out for me as the best was the blueberry basil. When we approached the building we were unsure of what to expect. Old fishing house feel to it. 2 set pf double doors opens up into a foyer. Now the hostess was extremely rude, arrogant and didn't listen to us. She did ask if we would be OK with a booth, yes absolutely! Than she proceeded to bring us to a table, once we said a booth, she rolled her eyes and through the menus down. If you don't like your job quit! The atmosphere inside reminded me of a gander mountain store. Canoes on the ceilings, oars, racks. The menu was quite expensive for this fisherman motif. Our waitress was phenomenal. Food was awesome but way overpriced!

What a cozy and welcoming atmosphere! The food is fresh and delicious, with friendly, fast and efficient servers. If you have dietary issues, let your server know, as they do have a gluten free menu. This was a fantastic experience and one you will absolutely want to check out!

Quiet and relaxing dinner. Walked right in and set down with our big group with no wait. Service was great and staff very friendly. Food was great. My only complaint for lack of a better word was they only had local craft beers on tap. Reserva una mesa ahora

I got the steak salad, the steak was not done and didn't taste fresh. The waiter didn't ask how I wanted it cooked. I clearly told my daughter again no pork so she switched meals and the waitress still brought us pork on the plate!

For the prices they charge, they are too cheap to put some basic condiments on a freaking burger!?!?!??! Unbelievable.. The basic GREED by these corporations.

My prime Rib was delicious. My girlfriends scallop dish was amazing too! Definitely get the Creme brulee for dessert. Crab cakes yummy too.

The price tag is very high. The food is average. Tavern On Clark is better honestly.
