For me the best Sète TIELLES. A real treat the crispy paste as it takes neither too thin nor too thick and the garnish a harmony of taste 20/20. The reception of the person at the counter as perfect as the polished, friendly product and takes time for explanations and advice. There are still great traders who work perfectly and enjoy us
