I'm from Sugar Land, TX (just outside of Houston). I come to Canada, namely Kamloops, to visit with family yearly during the summer. There are many Asian restaurants in Houston but not many ramen places. Tiger Ramen is delicious, the Gyoza the thicker dipping sauce is just as yummy! . The noodles have good snap/texture the soup base (very difficult to get it right let alone master, I hear) is hearty and very flavorful. The staff the owner(s) are always very welcoming and friendly. I make Tiger Ramen stops a few times during my stay. Please keep up the delicious taste I'll keep bugging you about opening a place in Houston!
I hardly eat out in Kamloops �but I tried Tiger Ramen this noon. It opens at 11:30am, when we arrived at 11:40am, there almost no place�So popular! The noodles are amazing with ideal level of firmness but the broth tastes a little strong for me and the extra BBQ pork I ordered is cold. Anyway �Strongly recommend! I wanna try level 5 next time!
When I walked into the restaurant, I was thrilled to see a ramen place run by Japanese owners. The interior of the restaurant is a car enthusiast's dream, with lots of Tomy cars on display. Although the prices may be a bit higher, I really enjoy their freshly made noodles. Be sure to save some room to drink the flavorful soup at the end too!
This is mine and my husbands favourite restaurant! The food is always amazing and absolutely delicious. The service is always very good and the place is so cozy, the decor makes you feel like you're in another country This is an amazing place, it will always be our favourite!

This restaurant is a fantastic place to dine, but they have limited hours and are only open for lunch. You may have to wait for available seating, but they also offer take-out options.
Stopped here on my way through to Vancouver. Wishing this place was closer to home. Amazing ramen and quick service. Don't miss out on this place
I feel so spoiled everytime I order food here. Best ramen and customer service! So thankful this exists in Kamloops.
The food is incredible. Despite the small size, the restaurant captures the full Japanese ambiance and flavors.
