We’ve visited several Bob Evans locations on the west side of Columbus, and this was definitely one of our better experiences. I appreciate dining in places where I can enjoy quality time with my daughter, and this restaurant was perfect for that. It was quiet, and the ambiance was pleasant. Our waitress was incredibly attentive—she greeted all our requests with a smile, was prompt, and our food arrived quickly.

A party of 5 and we came in an hour before closing. Our apologies...4 of us were driving in from out of town. Staff was very friendly, polite and so understanding. Our God was served swift and everything was prepared fresh. We all enjoyed our meals and warm beverages as we chatted and visited. Then our server peeped us take away cups to go with our to-go dessert orders. I asked for the gluten free menu and was told they had none, but they had one 6 weeks ago when I was here. The host sat us in the empty restaurant and the server came over to us and said, “What do you want?” No small talk or pleasantries of greeting. Never did he ask how the food was; rather, brought me the bill and we left moments later. I considered leaving no tip, but I’m not that person and am assuming it was an off day. Maybe it was a cook filling in for a server that called out or something. I have never had such unconcerned service at Bob Evans’s before.
The hostess informed us that they had run out of spoons and inquired if that would be alright, which I found a bit odd. Waiting for refills seemed to take an eternity. The bread on the turkey bacon deli sandwich was disappointingly soggy and unappetizing. It's been years since I last visited Bob Evans, as it's not really my preference. However, I went along this time because someone else was keen on going.

The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. Last fall, they appeared to be quite understaffed, but there has been significant improvement since then. It's a lovely place to dine, and I absolutely love the banana bread!
The food was great! Tommy had an ABI, coffee, a Belgian waffle, an agitator, and sausage. I enjoyed iced tea, grilled chicken, green beans, and broccoli, all of which were excellent. We also had a loaf of cinnamon bread.
Understaffed. Server needed help keeping up. Food was cold but she did her best. Took us over an hour to get our lunch. Appeared to only be a total of 3 people working the entire restaurant.
The food wasn't flavorful, but the service was satisfactory. However, there seemed to be only one person managing the entire restaurant.

Stuffing was mushy, putting it in the oven for almost an hour didn't help the rest was edible. But it wasn't worth 183.00
Had half-sandwich and salad. Pot roast sandwich. Excellent!
