Tim Hortons - Reservar una mesa

This is the worst Tim Hortons in Canada, they lock the doors so you can’t come inside to avoid being busy , they make you sit there for 10 minutes while ordering in the drive through so they can “ check to see if they have something “ then they end up getting your order wrong anyways, not to mention they are never friendly and the coffee usually sucks , just do all of us a favour and close this down so they can build a Starbucks or something

Go to timmies everyday and have noticed a big change in service and quality had to wait 10min for bagel while the staff stand around and joke and was Givin a roast beef sandwich asked for extra cream cheese didn't get enough to cover 1 side yesterday it was either stale or freezer burnt couldn't even eat it very disappointing thinking of switching to McDonald's to be honest we miss you Paige and Brooke

We don’t have these in Maryland, so I’m not sure if that’s the case for everyone. The bread and soup were enjoyable, and the bread on the sandwich was good too. However, the meat consisted of just one piece of brat beef, and there was likely a lot of mayo or sauce. I’d give the chicken noodle soup 3 stars. Overall, I probably won't be returning.

3rd time using drive thru, order wrong every time. I asked specifically for no cake tom bits, was assured that it was available, got all cake, and was charged and paid for 4 coffee, only ordered 3, didn't offer my money back. They rarely have everything on the menu. I would suggest it be a beverage store only.

The drive thru set up is horrendous. You literally have people blocking roads and waiting on roads to get into there lineup which is made for about a 4 or 5 car line not the 8-15 that are usually there during peak hours. That being said they do get you your coffee and donuts in a good time

Two times in the same week ordering dark roast coffee and was told we don 't have that today. . Now you 're trapped in their painfully slow line to just get out of there! This Tim Hortons sucks! I found the solution to avoid the aggravation though. See photo for solution.

The food is fresh, but walk-in customers have to wait much longer than those using the drive-thru. Unfortunately, it seems like there’s no choice but to go through the drive-thru if you want to get your food quickly.

Sometimes I stop by this restaurant on my way to work early in the morning, but they often don't answer the drive-thru. It's frustrating because they advertise being open 24 hours, especially in the northern area.

The coffee was warm. That's all the positive I have to say about these Tim Hortons. The counters were a mess, Spille, garbage. It was a bad experience. My donuts were in a wet and soggy bag.

Place is a joke. Employees will stand there 10 minutes after opening staring at you with the door locked.
