Tim Hortons - Reserva de mesa

I have attempted to contact the owner of this franchise on numerous occasions, leaving my number with associates and also the corporate complaints website, all of which have been completely ignored. The fact that the owner didn't respond only confirms the overall lack of respect and appreciation for the people who visit his establishment. The member of staff who literally threw my order at me must have taken their training straight from the owner. Please do me a favor and send a message to the owner by boycotting this place.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered a TT with milk. They handed me a coffee made with cream, so I said “ it was supposed to be made with milk “ he told me it was and that the cup was marked wrong. When it was clearly cream in the coffee… so he “re made it”. Not. I was given what tastes like hot water and milk and the lid clearly the original.I could hear staff laughing and complaining on the other side of the window. Which is super nice. Not.First and last time for me. ?

I have never been to a worse Tim Hortons location than this one. Every weekday at 6:30am, there is only one staff member working at the front counter. The inside of the restaurant gets extremely crowded, and the drive-thru line wraps around the building every morning. It's not worth stopping here unless you're willing to wait for 20 minutes for the slow and often inaccurate service.

The staff at this restaurant were friendly and polite. They got our order right and prepared it quickly. The store was bright, clean, and inviting, with clean and well-stocked washrooms. The staff worked well together, supporting each other. Despite being young, they were impressively professional and mature in their behavior. Reserva una mesa ahora

I have ordered a coffee and the lady on the car thru gave me cold like water coffee when she asked to give another she did the same again and told me there is nothing she can do. Time: Monday 3:30 a.m. December 27. Thanks.

Never order mobile order for pickup at this Tim Hortons. They only have one person working front cash they always prioritize customers in line no matter how long you’ve been waiting for your mobile order.

Went before work at 9am and they had no eggs left. Asked for a plain bagel toasted with butter got a burnt bagel with no butter. Not impressed

Wife and I sat by the fire place...had a coffee and a snack very romantic...and then went home too snuggle... ohhh what a day

These guys are either really fast, or rarely busy because there are no lines here outside of the 1 hour morning rush time.
