When it came time to pay, the young man told me that my card was declined. I have a company card with a high limit, and he attempted to process it three times without success. This is actually the second time this has happened to me at this location. Instead of being straightforward about not wanting to sell me the donuts, they claimed my card couldn't be processed.
Frustrated, I went to Dunkin' instead and spent $100 without any issues or negativity. The staff at this donut shop were rude and clearly uninterested in making a sale. I won’t be returning and hope the owner will consider training their employees to be more courteous and attentive to customers.
The meal was enjoyable, but I'm not a fan of the type of egg they currently use. They used to serve it with scrambled or folded eggs, but now it comes with a round egg that I find unappealing. I ended up removing the round egg and making my own scrambled egg at home to add to it, and it really improved the dish!
My husband and I went through the drive-thru and ordered two iced coffees. Unfortunately, we weren't greeted at all, and both of our coffees were watered down, as if they had been prepared long before we arrived. The only positive note was that the lady handed us two extra straws, which made us laugh a little.
I've never had a bad experience at this location! In my opinion, it's the best Tim Hortons in the Dayton area. The design is beautiful, creating a cozy café vibe. The coffee and donuts are consistently delicious and fresh. Occasionally, we even get an extra delightful frappuccino that brightens our day!

If you haven't tried their coffee, you're really missing out! It's fantastic! My go-to order is a medium iced coffee with mocha, two creams, and one liquid sugar. Give it a try—you'll fall in love with it! (It pairs perfectly with Dunkin', but only in the South where there aren't any Tim Hortons.)
I dine here frequently! The staff is amazing; they remember your name and know exactly what you like. Customers even bring Christmas gifts for the team because they truly enhance the dining experience! Let's celebrate all the second shift members too—they really appreciate it!
I had a cafe mocha and some Timbits at a charming spot in downtown Troy, OH. The employees were incredibly sweet and attentive.
I absolutely love this new Maple Cinnamon Sugar Cold Brew with Cold Foam! It's quickly become my favorite drink.
