Tim Hortons - Reservar una mesa

Poor service. Made my coffee bad 3xs old cream. I finally complained Sept 20th at 9:50am. Lady told me don't worry come back and tell them your names in the book we can replace it. Go to get it replaced. Was told there's no book. They won't replace it come back when she's there. Messy. Easy fail from the owner on placing false promises. I will go the extra 3 miles to another location because I'm sick of spending $75/week on coffee to only be able to drink half of them. Nice fail Rachel!

The coffee is good, but this Tim Horton's location closed at 3 pm yesterday afternoon. I wasn't able to order anything because as soon as I drove up to make an order, I was informed by the person working the drive-through that they were closing for the day. They seem to close early at different times on different days when they don't have enough help. This is not the first time I've experienced this.

I ordered a mix sausage and egg sandwich on biscuit And when I got my order it was English muffins Went back to the counter And told them, This Woman tells me that I ordered it. On muffins Told Her that I ordered the same thing the day before and she insisted that I ordered muffins and Had an attitude So In short Check Your Order..

The guy at the drive-thru was slow and slow to greet me. I'm not sure what happened to customer service!!! Which also reflects on to management not properly training their employees! The coffee was barely lukewarm, but I had no time to go back!

The coffee is always hot and fresh at this location. I love how fast they are even if they are busy I'm never in line that long. Nice employees as well.
