My partner went in this morning and his 2 bagels are hard as a rock having worked for his owners for 5 years, I have never given a hard bagel like that to one of my customers. I can even tell you that they weren't fresh bagels.

Very disappointed for the few times I buy donuts they are dry at the price of the boxes the rotation is not done oftenthere is room for improvement
