Tim Hortons - Reserva de mesa

On Monday, April 17, I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The young woman working there had an unpleasant attitude. Since I prefer to avoid confrontation, my wife decided to voice our complaint. She recognized the same employee as the one who had been rude to her on a previous visit. Normally, I enjoy coming here because an older woman who works the drive-thru is always so friendly and efficient. It would be great if the younger employees could learn from her exemplary customer service.

I had a letdown at this restaurant. The staff appeared unmotivated, and I paid $7 for two iced cappuccinos that were only half full and not made properly. The donuts were dry as well. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. The service was subpar, and I left feeling quite dissatisfied. I would not recommend this place; they really need to hire better staff.

I had to wait quite a while for the staff to acknowledge the man in front of me. It took some time to get two coffees and a muffin. Fortunately, my order was correctly made on the first try, which isn't usually the case at Tim Hortons.

The staff at this location are exceptionally skilled and genuinely enjoy their work. I ordered a couple of coffees via the drive-thru, and they were precisely as I requested. If only every Tim Hortons could offer service like this one! Reserva una mesa ahora

I had an amazing experience! The customer service was top-notch. My coffee was served hot and fresh, and the donuts were delicious and made right on the premises. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable visit.

The drive-thru service is consistently excellent. Evan consistently goes above and beyond to assist customers and greets regulars with a friendly welcome. Additionally, the service is usually very fast.

I ordered soup, and while it was tasty, the bread was quite cold—it wasn't toasted at all. Furthermore, the customer service left much to be desired. I wouldn't recommend this Tim's to Canadians.
