Tim Hortons - Reservar una mesa

Worst Tim experience ever!!! The employee who is making the sandwich deleted ALL the pending orders from the screen in front of us and went to the back without making anything. There were many clients waiting for at least 15min and cannot get any single item. Finally the manager has to re-enter all the orders again and went to the back kitchen to ask the sandwich guy back to work. 10min later, I finally got my sandwich with a pure black overcooked bread which is totally not eatable and unacceptable. Need to wait for another 10 min for them to redo a new one. Imagine u need to wait for more than 30 in Tims to get ur order...BTW, all the garbage cans were full with full of wastes around, no on...

Be sure to check your order before driving away. Heck, don't bother even ordering from this Tim Hortons if it is a busy time. Total incompetence. We just ordered 5 steak Tim matins. It took 15 minutes for them to even take the order. All to receive 5 Tim matins with no meat at all, and English muffins that were not toasted. Very dissapointed with the service today. Ordered on a Friday at noon.

This Tim Hortons used to be decent. However the last four times I’ve been here there are no donuts, and to make it worse an employee told me it was « normal » today. Lots of people working there, nothing but black coffee and a few empty shelves to show for it!

Used to be my favourite, but everytime I go now, they are closed. They really need to change those opening hours! They're even marked as open on the app but I can't trust them after all that.

Very clean and pleasant Tim location. The staff is very young but still friendly and professional!
