Very arrogant and disrespect supervisor who was working on window today, I ordered bagel, she asked to pull our car at front it will take time, my husband mentioned her every time we pull our car at front, you guys take easy 8 10 minutes to run the food, most of time we have to come inside the store to pick our food, instead of apologies or make sure food will get ready sooner, she questioned my husband by saying who asked you to come inside the store. and start arguing with my husband. It's common sense mam, if we are waiting for our food for the last 10 minutes we will come inside the store to check if our food is ready or not. Every time I try and go there to get a wrap they are cleaning their grill I just think they don't want to do the work to make wraps no matter what time I go I've tried many different days and times between 12 and 7pm seems like the workers just don't want to put in the effort to make

Every time ive gone here and ask for double toasted or extra cream cheese i never get it. They often mix up orders. Other than that the food is okay. Nice clean environment

This is the quickest Tim's drive through I have ever been in. Usually by the time you order and get to the window for payment and pick up your food is ready to go!

Always check your order before driving away. At least 20% of the time, I've noticed missing items after already driving away. Only at this location.
