My partner is a student at the nearby school and she gets a coffee almost every morning. On several occassions someone working at the drive-thru tries to claim they can't make her a decaf coffee and that they've never carried decaf coffee in the store. The day before she's ordered it with no such comments and is very confused as to what's actually happening with her drink. She has health issues and tries to avoid caffeine consumption as it can cause a flare of symptoms or interact with medication. I've worked in the same industry and I understand supply issues or machine breakdowns, but this feels manipulative. One of the worst Tim's for food. They rarely have Chocolate Milk. And too many times have butchered my bagels. Not toasting it or not cutting it in half.The only positive is the coffee is good and the Window Staff at the Drive through are very pleasant.If there was another Tim's on Annacis I'd take my business there.Parking: Parking is a mess, tight driveways with large Trucks parkes everywhere. Navigating the Drive Through can be a challenge when it's busy.

I come here often and seen a mouse in broad day light , I am worried about the cleanliness standards this location has . Very understaffed , dirty , long lines , flies on food. It is a horrid experience. I seen the district manager at this location and advised him of my concerns and he did not care 1 bit. As someone whom has a background in the restaurant industry, I am greatly concerned !!

Very clean and friendly staffs. Plenty of room to dine in. Convenient for trucker. The side road is convenient to park just to buy not for camping. End of the road make a U turn and be out on your way..
