Tim Hortons - Reservar una mesa

Horrible customer service. I ordered large french vanilla and was presented with large coffee with no sugar. The blonde hair lady with lots of make up on her face is super rude. She doesn't take ordered correctly and screams at customers. I ordered a veggie hebinaro wrap and was presented with a bowl instead. Management should really take action against employees who cannot hear properly and are rude to hide their mistakes. I go to this tim hortons everyday. I use drive thru and it is always 100% accurate. Dine orders are never perfect. Always a mistake. Attaching a picture of my large french vanilla which is actually a cup of coffee.

Im currently at Tim Hortons Hyde park gate having a drink and snack and the snack was delicious and so was the tea but I ran into a problem where Tim Hortons wouldn’t accept my medical note that the doctor issued to

They never have anything you want. I ordered a chocolate croissant and it was so tough, like it was sitting there for six days. I had to throw it out. The cappuccino was 1/2 of a cup.

Great coffee and donuts.Sorry, the service is terrible, dirty floors, half of your staff does not speak English.

Unfortunately bagels are not filled enough with the cream cheese.Coffee cup are not filled as before.
