My little brother wanted to get some of his favourite chicken noodle soup after having his wisdom teeth removed. The staff told him they were not serving soup past 8pm. He arrived at 7:50pm and was turned away. So disappointing. No apology and no soup. Truly terrible service.

Food is USUALLY how I order it .. however this location is VERY bad at giving change (is this intentional? Or is staff not competent? so .. BEWARE OF BEING SHORT CHANGED HERE. Hope this helps !

This location gets my order wrong at least 25% of the time I go through the drive thru. I still gave 2 stars because they have a couple employees who are excellent.

Best Tim Horton's in London! Always such quick and friendly service. Definitely would drive out of my way to come here.
