Tim Hortons - Reserva de mesa

Placed mobile order for Dark Roast on Sunday 8.30 PM, went to pick up only to be told they are out of Dark Roast. When I insisted I had ordered Dark Roast coffee, Simran immediately offered to brew it for me if I am willing to wait for 5 minutes. She could have simply said 'sorry we are out of Dark Roast,we have only regular coffee ' given that it is almost closing time and I had already paid for it. But she went above and beyond to offer an exceptional customer service. Kudos to her for treating every customer as the first and best customer. Thank you Simran.

Today, june 13, i went to grab my coffee and muffin in the morning. I asked her can u put in a bag; she got mad about that.That lady working at the drive thru has just no sense of customer service. It was 8:10 am she was holding tim cups.Upon asking what’s your name, she responded with bucket full of attitude- we are not alllowed to tell our names.Probably she was tired but someone else is starting their day with the customer service she provided was hilarious.Please dont keep people on drive thru who dont have sense to speak.

The service at this place is terrible! I waited over 10 minutes just to place my order, having to repeat myself four times. Then, while I was waiting at the window, I watched the staff inside laughing and chatting for another 10 minutes. I was the only car in the drive-thru during that time! Eventually, they asked me to confirm my order again, only to tell me they were out of what I wanted. The experience was just awful!

I have never been to this location but just wanted to note the address comes up wrong on Google. When I Google 3025 James Snow Parkway this location (which is 1515 main street east) comes up. Very annoying for Skip/uber and door dash drivers as well as new contractors anyone wanting the correct directions. Reserva una mesa ahora

They have the worst food ever a part from a few plus you have to repeat your order several times in order to place it because the people on the other side can't even understand. Plus there was one time when my brother ordered, paid and then had to wait for like 30 minutes. Worst food, worst service.

Great experience being here everytime. I visit here everyday to buy coffee and food and one of their Supervisor upinder kaur is really nice and she greets us everytime and provides great customer service.Such a hardworking girl! I’ll surely keep visiting .

Usually quickly. Quick note. Many times when I order a creamy chill that has an ice capp counterpart, I'm always given an ice capp. Coffee tastes awful for me, so I always need them to make a new one.
