Manager has a bad attitude. I’ve reported this to head office but she hasn’t adjusted her approach. Service is bad at this location and the other one she manages. Don’t order Boston cream here as they will place it in a bag only to have to glued to the bag and all the icing comes off when you take it out. Even better if you order more than one they have been known to jam them all into one bag and clearly this is a hard no since it makes a big mess. There should be a prerequisite to be able to speak English before getting hired. When they take your order typically gets messed up often. Placed mobile order for Dark Roast on Sunday 8.30 PM, went to pick up only to be told they are out of Dark Roast. When I insisted I had ordered Dark Roast coffee, Simran immediately offered to brew it for me if I am willing to wait for 5 minutes. She could have simply said 'sorry we are out of Dark Roast,we have only regular coffee ' given that it is almost closing time and I had already paid for it. But she went above and beyond to offer an exceptional customer service. Kudos to her for treating every customer as the first and best customer. Thank you Simran.

Today, june 13, i went to grab my coffee and muffin in the morning. I asked her can u put in a bag; she got mad about that.That lady working at the drive thru has just no sense of customer service. It was 8:10 am she was holding tim cups.Upon asking what’s your name, she responded with bucket full of attitude- we are not alllowed to tell our names.Probably she was tired but someone else is starting their day with the customer service she provided was hilarious.Please dont keep people on drive thru who dont have sense to speak.

I love this place it has everything all in one spot. I even now use the Jiffy lube there for my oil changes. The tire shine feature works perfect. I work all week on construction sites and my car looks like I came from the Mojave desert by the end of the week. It comes out looking like new. I use the app and have a car wash subscription it is so quick and easy to use. Worth every penny!

The people there are the worst! I waited for over 10 min just to order where I had to say it over and over 4 times! Then I waited at the window as the people in the store laughed and gossiped for another 10 min. I was the only one in the drive thru the whole time. They then asked me again what I order and said they were out. Worst people ever!

Great experience being here everytime. I visit here everyday to buy coffee and food and one of their Supervisor upinder kaur is really nice and she greets us everytime and provides great customer service.Such a hardworking girl! I’ll surely keep visiting .

I think this is the busiest Tims in Milton. The drive through and walk in lines are always long,,,, I believe they need more staff ... The reason I m giving them 5 , is their coffee ND snacks which I found the best ND fresh....

Usually quickly. Quick note. Many times when I order a creamy chill that has an ice capp counterpart, I'm always given an ice capp. Coffee tastes awful for me, so I always need them to make a new one.
