Tim Hortons - Reserva de mesa

I recently stopped by and ordered three ice caps. When I received them, the tops were dirty. When I pointed this out, the staff said they would wipe them clean, but I insisted on new ones instead. She replied that my only options were to take the dirty drinks or get a refund. I chose to return them all. Additionally, I asked if I could add some cookies to my order, but she refused, stating that I would need to go back through the drive-thru to place another order. The supervisor was right next to her and didn’t intervene at all. The customer service here is extremely disappointing. The staff needs to be replaced and trained on how to properly serve customers and make drinks.

I dislike leaving negative reviews, but this has to be one of the worst Tim Hortons I've encountered. The staff is extremely disorganized, and I wouldn't recommend ordering online because your order won't be ready until you arrive and ask for it. I've tried ordering items through the app only to find they were out of stock when I got there. I've also noticed a line of at least five people waiting to place orders, with no staff member attending the cash register. It's a disaster. Additionally, the automatic doors are out of order, which makes it difficult if you're using a stroller or wheelchair. Good luck with that!

The Restuarant is nice, and neat but noisy, not by the costumers, it is the staph who were making the noise when they chat and talk to each other. I think it is cultural thing, they used to talk loudly, but they should realize it is a work place for them so they should considrate poeple setting in the restaurant.

I will never go here again heared a young white girl employee speak in racial epithets towards another coustomer when I asked for the manager I was given a made up name I'm telling co 24 about this absolute garbage people should not be serving people coffee never again Reserva una mesa ahora

Supposedly they open walk in at 5am but the door is locked until 6am. Drive thru open and accepting orders. What's the point in leaving dine in closed for an hour? All I want is a morning coffee. Even dine in used to be open at 5am.

I was hoping to order an iced latte, but they didn't have any lattes available. They also didn't have iced French vanilla. Instead, the staff recommended a fruit juice, which I found surprising.

Horrible customer service rude talk when taking orders in drive through not sure why they are in hurry to cut us while ordering if possible pls change your staff or teach them how to talk to

Tim Hortons in general should prioritize in shop customers. Most of these outlets including this one is understaffed for in shop customers hence struggling to provide a good service. Reserva una mesa ahora

I had bought 2 farmers rap and 1 was extremely small and the other was normal size. Took 20 min to get 2 farmers rap. But the food is good.

Fairly average Timmy's. Service is decent and the taste is the typical Timmy's taste. The location is quite convenient.
