I just have too say I was absolutely floored (in a good way) with my food experience here yesterday. Don't get me wrong, it's still just Timmies breakfast, but I have been to a lot of Timmies and I know what to expect. I don't know if it was a particular worker that day that made it good but I think it may have been better more than just one.I ordered breakfast, as I was in from out of town at an appt. I was first surprised that someone actually took the time to cut my egg in half to put it on a croissant, egg in every bite had me delighted. Not to mention somehow it tasted better and fresher than I normally get elsewhere. The last croissant I had from a Tim's was chewy and hard like it had...
If you ask for a bagel with cream cheese it won 't be toasted, and if you ask for double toasted to make sure they actually toasted your bagel it still won 't be toasted. JUST TOAST THE BAGEL PLEASE. There 's nothing worse than getting home and unwrapping your double toasted bagel only for it actually to be 100% untoasted, soft, not even brown around the edges. They 're so focused on getting the drive-thru line done as quick as possible that the service is bad and so is the food quality.
Just need to be a little faster and a little more talkative I was sitting there waiting for my water after we got our food and nobody looked or talked to us so we just said forget it and leftBut the I think she was manager or supervisor she was super amazing helpful and for sure was running a good team ?

The food and beverages are generally quite good; however, the quality of the coffee can vary—sometimes it's just okay, while other times it feels like liquid gold from the heavens. The service can be inconsistent, but the Devon location consistently delivers an excellent experience.
