The cross contamination going in their kitchen is at another level. I am a vegetarian and ordered a cheese pizza, however received my cheese pizza with 2 slices of pepperoni on it. I returned that and the server removed those pepperonis and tried to return me that however when he made eye contact with me and realized that I saw him doing that so he placed that order aside. Later they given the same pizza I returned to some poor customer by adding some chicken on that.The management should teach their staff what cross contamination is and what to do or not to do and some basic rules of food handling for health safety purposes.Alberta food safety should take some notice.Vegetarian options: If...

Average Tim's but the service was terrible. We ordered two drinks and two pastries. The one drink was definitely short changed and it literally took 10 minutes to get someone's attention to an error in the pastry order. Seems that service is considered optional in Pincher

This was my first visit to a Tim Hortons, and I was truly impressed. I had the London Fog, and it was fantastic. I didn't sample any of the food, but the choices certainly looked enticing.

The wait for service took far too long, even though I was the only one in line. It seems they prioritize drive-thru customers over those dining in.

Long wait times, their staff do not care about dine in customers. I will never go back there again. Not even worth a star.

We drove by at 10:40 PM, but it was closed, even though Google said it was supposed to be open until 11 PM.
