Tim Hortons - Reserva de mesa

I’m not entirely sure what the issue is, but the person preparing the orders seems to be inconsistent. I’ve found thumbprints on my donuts—clearly from when someone picked them up to put them in the bag for the drive-thru. My coffee has also varied in creaminess on multiple occasions; isn't the milk supposed to be dispensed by a machine? Once, my coffee cup was wet on the outside, which caused the paper to start peeling off as I held it. I understand that speed is a priority for these places, but it shouldn't come at the cost of quality. I would happily wait an extra five minutes for a better product. I visit often enough to recognize the staff and know what to expect. The middle-aged guy...

This location needs some attention to detail. Visited today and had to use the washroom. Garbage all over the floor, not to mention dirt and stains everywhere, the lights were flashing to the point it could give some people seizures. I don't usually complain about public washrooms since they are that, public washrooms. But this place is aTim Hortons and should be cleaned at least once a day, to which it was evident it hadn't been cleaned In a while.And to top it off, you need to be buzzed into the bathroom from what I assume is gue to unwanted guests doing unwanted things in there.

Tonight i was coming to work and the rude lady working on drive thru service ...first didnt understand what i was asking for..then say nothing open the door and slammed the door on my face. She absolutely has no authority to spoil my morning..so whoever is the manager please take it seriously this is not a costumer service at all. I want only a nice smile and hii from you..please be polite with your costumers. ??

Ok, service on day shift only. Afternoon and midnight when they are open are rude and don't listen to the orders and give you wrong orders. Afternoon shift is to busy talk with order staff to listen and make your oder correct. Reserva una mesa ahora

A regular stop during our fishing trips in Peterborough. There's plenty of parking available, and it's conveniently located right at the intersection. However, it doesn't offer much in terms of ambiance.

Worst Tim’s ever. Waited drive thru line for 10 min. Didn’t,t move. Went into rest as still had that option. Waited in line several minutes and left. Total disaster in there

Inconsistent service issues. I often have to adjust my order depending on who is working that day, as it seems there is no centralized training in place.

Staff is always cheerful and polite, and they always ALWAYS get my coffee right!

We go there for its coffee period the coffee is amazing.
