Tim Hortons - Reserva de mesa

I went here recently and my previous fast food visit was in 2018, thus I rarely go to restaurants. I felt dizzy so I needed a baked potato which was very good. It is a bit chaotic and the tables are not as clean as I would like but they are short staffed. I just use a lot of napkins. The food is good and the staff try to provide good service but with the number of customers it a bit chaotic. I am now retired so will go back during weekdays. It is comforting to have this pit stop so near 2 grocery stores in case my blood sugar needs a baked potato.

Alissa at this Tim Hortons refused to honour one of their gift certificates and told us to call the manager tomorrow but didn’t have a number to call. The drive thru window was shut in the driver’s face while he was speaking. We then went to the TimHortons on Central Park and they accepted the gift certificate without any hesitation as required by the Consumer Protection Act.

Usually this location they prioritize the drive thru, its not usually this bad but I went inside as the line up was about 10 vehicles, so I went inside. Watched the red truck I would've been behind leave the pickup window before I even ordered and I was still there for 10 minutes afterwards. Just go through the drive thru here. Ultimately it will be faster.

This place was horrible. They got my order completely wrong and the worker argued with me. When they got me a new one the egg was completely off the bagel and cold and the cheese wasn’t melted. Don’t recommend eating here. Reserva una mesa ahora

This place use to be one of the best in town, but now it's gotta be one of the worst. Customer service is non-existent. They lie to your face about not having a product when clearly you do. Unfriendly staff.

By far the worst Tim Hortons I've visited. Alyssa lacks basic customer service skills, and requires significant training to improve. This will be the last time I visit this franchise.

I order online using the app and pick up at the shop. It was ready and no waiting time. Good experience this

Coffee seemed a bit bland at the one we got. Got some french vanilla
