I ordered a drink, but the machine was down, which I understand can happen. However, the staff member gave me a lot of attitude about it. Although I did receive a refund, I felt uncomfortable when I ordered a different drink and was met with the same attitude. I recognize that they were likely frustrated with the situation, but it shouldn't have affected how they treated me. On a positive note, the coffee I eventually received was delicious. Overall, I believe they were just having a rough day, but I wish they had communicated with me in a more respectful manner.
