My experience at Tim's was the worst of my life. The drinks were served in large cups with earthberry syrup, which I did not enjoy. They took 15 minutes to start making my drinks, and only did so after I asked them to. I ended up paying a high price for small drinks that were not even the ones I originally ordered.

I ordered items that were not available multiple times before finally receiving my full order of two cold drinks and two donuts after a long wait at the drive-thru window. Despite the initial disappointments, I am grateful to have received my complete order in the end.

Avoid going to this restaurant on the weekends as you will have to wait a long time for your food (if you even receive what you ordered). I used to live just a 5-minute walk away and have been a customer for years, but it's no longer worth it, especially on weekends.

We waited to be served for thirty minutes in a short line, and when we ordered two simple medium coffees we were told they had already run out of regular coffee by noon and had only decaf. A coffee chain without caffeine enough said. Reserva una mesa ahora

We always make a point to stop at this place for delicious coffee and treats. The service is fast and the food is delicious. It's also very convenient being located right next to Couche-Tard and IGA.

They seem to have a hard time to get orders right... Everytime i go there. They need a manager that knows how to run a business.
