Monday morning and the wait was horrific!The lineup is out the door, even the drive-thru is backed up around the building.Food is good but the wait just killed me. Also they ran out of hashbrowns so I got a donut given to me instead, how nice.These employees need to learn how to move faster!I am not happy, nor is anyone else here right now.

We waited to be served for thirty minutes in a short line, and when we ordered two simple medium coffees we were told they had already run out of regular coffee by noon and had only decaf. A coffee chain without caffeine enough said.

They seem to have a hard time to get orders right... Everytime i go there. They need a manager that knows how to run a business.

This Tims is situated right in front of granby zoo, making it a popular destination for all zoo visiters in summer.

Very nice Tim's and the staff was incredibly friendly. Wish I could have stayed longer
