I went to a Timmies at this location yesterday Nov 20 23 roughly around 5:30 6 pm.I have been going to Timmies forever.This is the FIRST time the lady packed my Boston Cream donut ? Flat in the Bag.Usually everyone throws it in the bag the 1 2 the Chocolate is stuck on the bag (which is a waste) but this lady placed it in the bag which I believe should be the proper way.I even told her she needs an award or something. My chai tea was also made perfect my donut was perfect.Even though they didn’t have any smile cookie but my ? put a smile on my face ?.Please give this lady employee of the drive thru award or recognition ??????????

I would give no stars if that was an option. My coffee all week was made wrong, I would bring it back just to be made wrong agian. If you go at lunch time, plan on wasting your whole lunch brake waiting for them to do mobile orders first even know your there in person. I willnt be returning and recommend you do the same!!

I ordered a coffee and after me there were two more customers so employee starting making coffee for next person I requested that I need to catch the bus then he said I will do how I will do. You have to wait but logically I was first and I should get my coffee first. Very disappointing you need to work on that.

They were out of chili for the second week in a row after 4pm. I guess I'm expecting too much.
