Tim Hortons - Reservar una mesa

The workers were all in the back talking. There were people in the front who had been waiting around. One left because of no service for like 10 minutes. They handed a customer a wrong wrap and than took it back. I placed an online order and after 35 minutes still had not received it. They didn't call my name or ask if anyone was there with my name. It was not even placed on the little shelf They have for people to take what they ordered. My daughter walked up to the counter and the girl behind the counter looked at her quickly and than walked away leaving my child to be ignored. Than when something was said, they said it was behind the shelf to get things and said they were sorry and remade...

I went through drive thru and they forgot the bacon for my sandwich, because it was drive thru I was already at work and had to leave work to return for the bacon. Everyone ignored me at the counter and began rolling their eyes when I asked for bacon. The ignorant lady that was making the sandwiches screamed out “there was bacon in that” , the whole store could hear her. So not only did they get my order wrong and waste my time. Now they are humiliating me accusing me of stealing 2 strips of bacon. At no point did anyone apologize for the error. I am a district manager for a retail store, I am very much aware that this behaviour will ruin your business.

Food was decent, but found a hair in my food. They hardly packaged my food. The one worker kept staring at myself and my friend. Which made me very uncomfortable. I won't be coming back.

Went in to order and walked out tolk to long, and the person did not know what to do and did not understand what we were ordering.
