This Time Hortons is run by inconsiderate, incompetent workers. They served someone who has not eaten any egg or meat in their life, after the person kept asking if there was egg in it. They put mayonnaise on my family members bagel, and then actually said they don 't re make bagels. Sangeeta is the GM and she is probably the worst and not capable of running a restaurant. I will be reaching out to head office, and their district manager about this. This idiot GM had the audacity to say to me I can 't compensate you for this , hey did I ask for compensation, I want you people to do your job right the first time. Worst experience with this Tim. I ordered one medium and one small steep tea triple triple there and they served me that cold , like i have been drinking it from such a long time and when i asked them that its not hot they say “we serve it like that only we can not warm that for you” i was nearly shocked when i heard that and when i asked them to warm it a little they say they can’t do that . It was really a bad experience for me .

I wanted a pumpkin spice latte, but they said their system was down. Does it ever work? I had to settle for a French vanilla cappuccino, which was too watery and lacking in creamy flavor. The hash browns were thin and small for $1.99. The drive-thru was closed, and I'm not sure why.

I ordered 2 iced coffees and 1 fountain drink. I requested less ice, but the cup was barely filled up to the 5th line. When I asked for it to be filled up more, the person at the window gave me attitude.
