This morning, I was in my car heading to get my coffee when my phone rang and I missed the intercom at the drive-thru window. When I pulled up to the window and explained to the young lady that I had missed the intercom and didn't get to order my coffee, she seemed to misunderstand me. As I tried to clarify, an older woman approached from behind and told me to go back to the line. I understood, but a coffee doesn't take long, and I come here often. I tried to explain the situation, but she wasn't listening. I politely requested to speak to a manager, but she ignored me and closed the window. I was shocked. Customer service at its worse, I came to pick up a delivery and there were 2 big coffees in a styrofoam. it's nothing wrong with putting coffee in the styrofoam and then putting the coffee and Styrofoam in a plastic bag to hold them so they won't spill or they won't fallThe unprofessional woman worker gave me every excuse why she couldn't give me a bag she finally gave me a bag but she had so much attitude!!!It's cost o cents to be kind, first impressions are lasting impressions. I will not be back nor refer anyone to you!!!! Customer service is everything to me!!
Past few times I've been here, either the coffee taste like it's burned or a simple instruction like adding a shot of espresso is missed. The breakfast sandwiches I've tried (and I've tried several) are questionable. It don't seem fresh and the quality is lacking, so I stopped getting that. Now that the coffee is no longer up to par, there's no reason for me to go here.
I regret not getting the name of the young lady who served me on Friday morning at 7:20am at the drive-thru. She was incredibly uplifting and made my morning great! Thank you for starting my day off on the right foot! This happened at the Big Beaver location in Troy.

I love this place. They always make my coffee perfectly - 2 creams, 3 sugars, a large coffee with caramel. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making me feel energized and happy. Thank you for starting my day off right.
it's really open. it has been play open and closed game for the last 4 years. I like it because it is on the way to work and easy access, but. customer service. we say we have seen better days during the great depression
Worst Pennine sandwich ever. I ordered it Drive through, not tosted just through cold chicken in the middle, all sides are just empty bread.Complete waste of time and money. Won't come back
Good service and muffins. However, the parking lot is a nightmare. The drive thru backs up and block customers vehicles who have went inside for service. Very congested parking lot

Went to Tim hortons on 15 mile I ordered a onion bagel with cream cheese got the cream cheese but it was not a onion bagel and didn't get the cream on my drink.
My French vanilla cappuccino was watered down. I've gotten them from here before with no issue which is why i gave them a 3 vs. a 2. But this was disappointing
