I visited the restaurant this afternoon between 12:30 and 1:00. I ordered an iced coffee and a mango chill, but when I went to the pick-up window, the chill was not properly blended. I politely asked the woman at the window to blend it again or make a new one because the syrup was sitting at the bottom. She rudely replied that if she redid it, the topping would get mixed in. I suggested that she could simply add the topping again or make a new one for me, but she continued to argue with me unnecessarily. Another person eventually brought us our chill, and when I asked why she was upset, she said it was because "every Indian" does that, implying that it was not her fault. It was disappointing...
I just went through the drive thru at this location and the lady in the mic couldn’t understand my order and I couldn’t understand her, then she started raising her voice because I couldn’t understand her. I don’t want to be rude but why would you have someone on the mic that can’t communicate? On top of that my coffee was barely warm, and wasn’t made the way I ordered it. I’ll be going back there tomorrow to let the manager know the nonsense that just happened
This message to Tim Horton’ owner at market Street location, BRANTFORD. Please every time I come over, I find a very young healthy homeless man in his thirties) waiting outside of my car to ask me to pay for his meal , which I kindly do it . So please if you could offer him a free meal or even a job as he is very young and able to work and actually he should not ask people for paying for his food . Thank you for your kindness.
Went to Tim Hortons on Dalhoiuse strret after work last week was disgusted with the whole atmosphere, the floors, tables, front entrance even where I sat!! The first picture was where i was sitting. There was staff, but not one of them was cleaning.. I was very unimpressed with my visit there..

I ordered a coffee and a bagel, and it took about 15 minutes to receive both. The restaurant wasn't very clean, and I saw people using drugs outside the front doors. I would not recommend bringing small children to this establishment.
I felt so good today when I went at timmies, the counter staff was really helpful. . I went in the evening and ordered iced cap... She was so fast nd sweet. Treated me really well.. I just love to go there.
Judgmental n rude to other humans that don't deserve to be treated like garbage,we all bleed the same colour blood.
The garbage let all around the building is disgusting. Loads of ppl hanging out, smoking, sleeping just nasty.

I can't believe it took 156 minutes to receive 2 iced caps without straws on 5/31/24. This is ridiculous.
Very dirty and not nice atmosphere... We wanted to eat in but had to take it out.
