The worst experience ever. I ordered veg wrap and they gave me chicken wrap and it happened after me asking 4 times is it veg ? before getting it. Because I heard someone saying chicken wrap in the back and there were 2 people confirming that yes it is veg. When I went back to tell them it’s chicken I saw on their face that they were expecting me coming back

We had a fantastic experience at the restaurant thanks to the amazing service provided by Jessica. After a disappointing visit to a previous Tim Horton location, her cheerful and welcoming attitude truly brightened our day. Individuals like Jessica should definitely be in management positions.

I used the drive-thru and did not receive any discount on the hockey cards. The girl who answered the phone had no customer service skills. She could use some training in that area.

Try mixing up your order as the food is good. However, be cautious as there are people on drugs in the area, which may not be suitable for young children.
