Just ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, and the lettuce they used was wilted/old. Also, I ordered a large earl grey tea with caramel there's not caramel syrup in my beverage.. Truly disappointing. Service is always pleasant, but I wish it would mirror in the quality of food they serve. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Not much of an atmosphere. Very small inside. They have two drive through. Outside seating. We ended up going to the park down the street by the river to eat. I ordered a coffee at Tims, and once I was finishing drinking the coffee, I noticed that there was a receipt in the bottom of the cup. I found it pretty disgusting to see that. I don’t understand why they can’t look inside of the cup without checking the cup prior pouring liquid in the cup.

A few evenings a go a young man was working on his own you could tell he was buys but he was polite and friendly and apologized for the delay. We were very happy with the service and friendliness. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

As drive thru beside hwy, it is way too slow as expected; more then 10 min to order a tea, while only 1 car in front
