Terrible! Just terrible. Walked in with my son to grab a snack and hot beverages. Stood in front of counter for at least 10 min if not more. No one acknowledged our presence. The employees served only drive-through. A couple of other people were waiting behind us too. Finally, I asked if someone would be serving customers inside soon. I was ignored by 2 of three girls there. The other one smirked at me and said: I’m busy. She was clearly not busy by the way. After that, I just thought “were out of here” without buying anything. Ended up going to the Tim’s on Edward. Was in and out in 5 min plus I was greeted with a smile. Never going there again.
Really disappointed, there was a group of teenage girls on Saturday 09/16/2023, giggling and talking loudly while leaving customers waiting. Many of them, seeing this behavior, left without ordering. There was a homeless man who wanted to order and then they started making fun of him. It was really sad and embarrassing. In short, I didn't like this experience and I won't go back. To the head of the establishment, please raise awareness among your employees about respect!!!
