Tim Hortons - Reservar una mesa

The last three days my cup has leaked from the bottom and spilled coffee everywhere . When I brought it up this morning to the staff they did not acknowledge my concern and instead closed the window in my face mid sentence . They also had the audacity to charge me for a second cup I had asked for to prevent yet another spill. Upper management should really take a look into this location, as it gives the brand a terrible name. The only thing as consistent as their good coffee is their terrible service. I understand that this place is really busy but....! I go there on my way home because it 's easier with my son in the car but everytime I hear help you? Not even a HI also when I 'm done ordering they don 't even tell me how much it is, it doesn 't come out on the screen and when I come to the window to pay they are waiting for my money but don 't even tell me how much was my oder... How can I know?! Also do we need to pay extra for the sleeves at this location? Because they never give out one even when my coffee is burning hot! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
