Employees have the worst customer service. They are not making the order on time neither correct and also refuse to remake the drinks. Their stepped tea is never fresh and smells so bad. Employees are not wearing hair nets for afternoon shift which causes their hair be in foods which is disgusting and plus they refuse to change the food or remake it or refund you. I ordered white hot chocolate with espresso shot and one french and one hot choco ,, but she gave wrong orders and when i complaint her about she gives attitude and again she gave wrong coffee . Coffee here is never hot. Always an annoying lukewarm temperature. You'd think with how long the lineups are and the amount of people they serve that the coffee would be hot. UPDATE: quality seems to be getting a bit better here so I've changed from a 1-star to a 3 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

At 7pm, this location closes a small section of it's dining room to enable the staff to adequately clean the bathrooms and that section of the restaurant without disruption and the convenience of Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
