Tim Hortons - Reservar una mesa

I buy coffee from Tim Hortons every single day. Multiple times a day. I ask for a SMALL BLACK COFFEE in a MEDIUM cup.: In order to put my milk and sugar (Because for some reason it's rocket science for them to figure out how to put in milk and sugar) The girl tells me she's going to charge me. And even the manager tells me he's not going to give me a cup. Been going to Tim Hortons for over 20 years. Ordering the same thing. It's amazing to me.

The old lady from drive through is very very rude all the time. I want to go to this tim hortons to support them since they just opened but every time we meet this rude lady who doesn't know how to treat properly the clients. She works morning weekdays. Service: 1

The person who served me was super nice. The manager is something else, stupid as she is, reprimands the employee in front of customers for no reason, she should not work with the public. My 2nd visit and the last. Service: 5
