these tim hortons is brutal to return in the back, they have messed up my order. I used the reward points of my tim to get a free tee, and they said that they can't do that so I tried to cancel the order and they wouldn't allow me either, and I was forced to pay, and they gave me the wrong taste of tee. for the second time I was denied for hockey cards the full price though I received the corresponding number of then they gave me no one pack for a tee I bought because they put the tee on a separate order and said that they can't appreciate the promotion, so I said I would like to cancel and they said that I was not and once again forced to pay. the personal needs a replacement, the customer service is terrible, they are always disorganized, there is always a 15-minute line, and no matter what a problem is.

this place is by far the best tim hortons I've ever been to. they have never, not even messed up my order and in the regular other tim hortons have from days where the coffee is not great, but every single coffee I get served here taste fantastic as it should be. I'm going out of this to go to this tim hortons. these are the best tim hortons in bowmanville.

Usually the service is good, the people are nice, but today I saw the dame count money then took an order then their hands into the pocket to open them and not even wash their hands first, then grabbed gloves, touched the outside of the gloves with their hands that they had not washed yet. how do they wash their hands after counting a counter full change!

for the last month or 2 it was painfully slow to take my whole 15 min break to get a tee and a donut and the tee is wrong 50% of the time. the personal is nice, but the whole is way too slow and deorganized.
