Tim Hortons - Reservar una mesa

This Tim Hortons location is difficult to deal with. They made mistakes with my order and would not allow me to use my reward points to get a free tea. When I tried to cancel my order, they refused and I was forced to pay. They also gave me the wrong flavor of tea. When I tried to purchase hockey cards, they charged me full price even though I received the correct number of cards. They did not give me a promotional pack for a tea I bought because they put the tea on a separate order and said they could not honor the promotion. The staff needs to be replaced, the customer service is terrible, they are always disorganized, and there is always a long wait, no matter what the issue may be.

Typically, the service at this restaurant is good and the staff are friendly. However, today I witnessed a staff member counting money, taking an order, and then sticking their hands into their pockets without washing them first. They then put on gloves, touching the outside of the gloves with their unwashed hands. I was concerned about how they could properly wash their hands after handling a cash register full of change.

This is hands down the best Tim Hortons I have ever visited. They have never once gotten my order wrong, and unlike other Tim Hortons locations where the coffee can be hit or miss, every cup I have had here has been consistently fantastic. I make a point to go out of my way to visit this particular Tim Hortons - they are truly the best in Bowmanville.

They have deleted my hubby’s post,……so I’ll try…….this morning my hubby got a tim card from the green rd location and it was dirty and stained was an to be given to my mother-in-law. It was a used card my mother-in-law refused it I don’t blame her but they say they will have the owner of the store call tomorrow. We will see.

for the last month or 2 it was painfully slow to take my whole 15 min break to get a tee and a donut and the tee is wrong 50% of the time. the personal is nice, but the whole is way too slow and deorganized.
