Tim Hortons - Reservar una mesa

My sister and I stopped in here on our way to Toronto, at approx. 1000 in the morning. We waited at the counter watching a couple of staff go this way or that, but nobody even acknowledging us. Generally, Tim Horton's service is immediate. Finally, someone did emerge from a back room and asked if she could help us. We ordered our coffees. My sister got her coffee but I was told after waiting for the employee to return, "Sorry, Hon, we're out of decaf." ...no offer to make a pot at all. Everyone else does that. I got my money back and we left. There are way better Tim Horton's out there.

Stopped in for a coffee/tea and to use the washrooms on our way home from up north. The women's washroom was absolutely filthy, toilet paper all over the floor and just a mess. Didn't look like it had been cleaned in quite some time. Turned around, walked out and did not order anything, just left. Can't leave the ratings below blank so the ratings been nothing.

The service at this restaurant was incredibly slow and they brought us the wrong order. The bathroom was closed and parking was a nightmare. This was the worst experience at Tim's ever, and the staff seemed untrained.

I frequently visit this restaurant on my way to Guelph and have never experienced any issues. There are no long waits and the service is good. The location is also convenient.

Filthy Restaurant! It seemed like no one had cleaned it in days! Tables were dirty and the floor was disgusting! Someone had dropped a bagel in front of the pick-up area.
