Pita Pit - Reservar una mesa

I was just trying to get food at 6 pm after a trip with my friends, but the staff made this frighteningly difficult (literally).One of us had to ask for lettuce three times because the female employee gave them 4 individual strands of lettuce. The employees made it seem like every request was a huge demand. Additionally, the faces we were met with looked like they had never seen kindness in their entire lives, they looked dead inside, This is the only review I've ever felt the need to write because I've never felt like such an inconvenience for purchasing something from a company. But to be fair ordering a drink is a huge request so I understand why they did not give it to us. All jokes asid...

Was into the Arthur, Ontario location on Saturday April 22, 2023 at 11:50 am. There were 4 customers ahead of us. There were approximately 12 customers being served by the time we received our yummy lunch. Autumn was the only employee. She took orders and completed the cooking and preparation of all the lunch items efficiently, in a timely manner and with a wonderful attitude. Way to go. Would recommend to friends and family.

Horrible experience. The staff was so miserable and unfriendly. My pita had a huge hole in it but got ignored. Then the pitq got toasted and the hole got even bigger and part of the pita was black. I ended up just eating the toppings in a bowl because the pita itself was unediable. Not sure if I'll come back to this location again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Visited during a trip and ended waiting long as expected. It took more than 30 minutes to serve 2 customers in front of me, as the food preparation process seems very inefficient (i.e. the staff must jump from the cashier requirement to barbecue obligation to packaging the Pita, etc.). Too bad the food itself was good, but the long waiting period spoiled the experience.

Staff was extremely unfriendly and rude. They were skimpy on the toppings, and their rudeness made it difficult to ask for more. They missed a lemonade and was terrifying to ask for it, as the female employee was openly frustrated at every request we made. Very scary
